Flexaust introduces a lightweight, premium-grade polyethylene copolymer hose that is reinforced with a polyethylene helix and designed for light bulk material handling applications.

Flexaust^® Genesis^® ULT Platinum Vacuum Hose features polyethylene and EVA copolymer construction which is highly flexible, has a smooth interior, and is crush- and abrasion- resistant per ASTM 595. Capable of withstanding severe twisting with nearly 100% bounce-back, this lightweight hose comes in 1”, 1.25”, 1.5”, and 2” I.D. sizes in standard 25 and 50 ft. lengths.

Available with molded- and screw-cuffs or special fittings, Flexaust^® Genesis^® ULT Platinum Vacuum Hose with a 1” I.D. weighs only .09 lbs./ft. and the 2” I.D. weighs .24 lbs./ft. The minimum centerline bend radius is 1.75” for the 1” and 3.75” for the 2”. Suitable for a variety of applications, it operates from -40°F to 140°F and can be supplied in OEM colors.
