CUSTOM MOLDED CUFFS – INJECTION MOLDED OVER HOSE FOR TIGHT SEAL
OPTIMIZES AIR, LIQUID & DUST FLOW

Flexaust introduces a wide range of flexible hose that can be overmolded with custom designed, integral cuffs to provide OEMs with improved practical and aesthetic performance benefits.

Flexaust Overmolded Cuffs are injection molded over the hose to insure system integrity, prevent contamination, and create a hermetic seal for optimum air-, liquid- or dust flow. Designed to customer specification in straight, angled, reduced, enlarged, squeezable, and other configurations, these cuffs can be overmolded from the same materials as the host hose.

Available for hoses from 1” to 2” I.D., in virtually any color, Flexaust Overmolded Cuffs can be molded from TPR, PVC, polypropylene, polyurethane, and other materials. Suitable for handling air, dust, gases, liquids and light solids, depending upon the hose type, the flexible hoses offered include wire-reinforced, wire stretch and all-plastic vacuum hose.
