Flexaust introduces a new, crush-resistant heater/defroster and auxiliary power unit (APU) hose for automotive, trucking, motor home, heavy-equipment, marine, RV, and related applications.

Flexaust^® Dayflex^® DFD-T Heater/Defroster Hose is made from lightweight thermoplastic rubber and is reinforced with an internal polypropylene helix. Pliable, crush-resistant, and compressible for easy installation, this hose meets FMVSS 302 flame standards, operates from -40°F to 225°F, and is well suited for a wide range of heater, defroster, and ventilation applications.

Available in eight sizes from 1 to 4” I.D. in standard 25 and 50’ lengths, Flexaust^® Dayflex^® DFD-T Heater/Defroster Hose is supplied black with a plain cut end finish and is available with optional cuffs. It can also be supplied white and can be manufactured with PVC materials.
